"Colors were way off from the proof"
I ordered a few pins from pinworld.com, and while the overall quality was alright, the colors really didn’t match what I thought I was approving. The blue looked more like purple in person, and the yellow came out kind of dull instead of bright like it showed on the screen.
I reached out to customer service, and they did respond, but they basically told me it was normal color variation. I’m reasonable about small differences, but this felt like more than that. it doesn’t seem right to show one thing in the proof and then act like the customer is being picky when the final product looks noticeably different.

"Surprisingly quick response"
I don’t usually expect much from customer service, so I was surprised when support got back to me so fast. They answered my question and had it sorted out quickly. I’m still a little wary of support teams in general, but this experience was definitely better than I expected.

"Decent stuff, prices are kinda just okay"
I ordered from pinworld and it was fine overall, nothing bad really. The quality seems decent but the prices felt a little high for what I got, like not crazy expensive but not exactly a great deal either. I’d probably buy again if I really liked something, just not sure it’s the best value

"Design came out just right"
My pins came out almost exactly like the proof I sent over. The colors and tiny lines were really close, which was a relief because I was worried at first. I’ll admit, if the design had been off, I probably would’ve taken my next order somewhere else, but they matched it really well.

"Proofing process was frustrating"
The pins turned out okay, but the proofing process was more frustrating than I expected. It took longer than I thought it would, and a couple of the changes felt like they were missed or not really paid attention to. I don’t mind waiting if things are handled carefully, but this felt more annoying than it needed to be. If the proofing process stays like this, I’d consider ordering from somewhere else next time.

The shipping was super quick. I know some people get picky about delivery times, but mine showed up way faster than expected, so I can't really complain

"I ordered a few pins from Pin World..."
I ordered a few pins from Pin World, and the pins themselves were okay. Nothing amazing, but they looked decent enough. The problem was the packaging, they just came in this thin mailer with barely any padding, which feels like asking for trouble.
A couple of the backs were loose, and one pin had a small scratch, probably from bouncing around in the bag. I don’t think that’s really bad luck so much as poor packing. For what I paid, they could’ve taken a little more care. Not a total disaster, but definitely disappointing.

The pins turned out nice, but the whole production process was slower than I was hoping for. I ended up waiting around a bit and didn’t really hear much unless I reached out first. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not the fastest, so I’d say it’s fine if you’re not on a tight timeline

"Design help was honestly frustrating"
I reached out for help with a pin design, and tbh it really felt like they didn’t fully read what I sent. The first proof they gave me missed some basic details, and the colors were not right at all.
When I asked for edits, the replies took a while and were kinda vague. I ended up having to explain the same stuff more than once, which got annoying really fast ngl.
They might be okay if you already have a perfect file ready to go, but if you need actual design help, I wouldn’t use them again. Just wasn’t a good experience for me

"Not the best quality lol"
These pins just felt kind of cheap, and they started bending way sooner than I expected. I wanted to like them, but the quality really wasn’t there lol.

"Nice looking pins, but they wore out fast"
I ordered a few pins from pinworld.com they looked really nice when they first arrived. I put them on my bag and after a couple weeks, the coating started rubbing off, and one of the backs got loose too. They might be okay if you’re just displaying them somewhere, but for everyday use, they just don’t feel that sturdy. Shipping was fine, no real issue there, but I was disappointed with how fast they started looking worn

"Sorted eventually, but a bit frustrating"
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, it did get fixed in the end. I was actually sorting it out for my mum, so the back-and-forth was a bit annoying. It took a few messages to get anywhere, and the replies felt slow and not always that clear. I’m glad it was resolved, but it definitely ended up being more hassle than it needed to be
